Refund policy

At LA BEAUTY we want every customer to be delighted with their kit, so we offer a straightforward returns policy.

You may return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To qualify, goods must be in their original packaging, complete with any accessories or care information supplied.

To begin a return, please email help@labeautystore.co.uk with your order number and we will issue you with a returns reference and the correct address.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for parcels lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm by email and process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Bank or card processing times may add a further 3-5 working days before funds appear.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be replaced or refunded in full, including the original delivery charge and a contribution toward return postage.

Gift cards, clearance items and personalised products are non-returnable, except where required by UK consumer law.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
