Shipping policy

LA BEAUTY ships throughout the United Kingdom and to selected European destinations.

Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a working day are normally dispatched the same afternoon. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard UK delivery takes 2 to 4 working days and is provided by a tracked courier service. Express UK delivery is offered at checkout where the option is available.

European deliveries typically arrive within 4 to 8 working days, depending on destination and local courier performance. Any applicable customs duties or import VAT are payable by the recipient on arrival.

A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel has been collected. Please check the carrier updates before contacting us about a delay.

If a parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please email help@labeautystore.co.uk so that we can open an investigation with the courier.

We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been collected by the carrier; please ensure the delivery address is correct at checkout.
